Orders and Shipping
Orders placed on store.smith-wesson.com cannot be shipped internationally. We will only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
What to expect after placing and order.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes. If you did not receive the email please check your spam, junk or quarantine folders.
- Within 7-10 business days your order will be processed and ready to be shipped. You will then receive a shipment notification with tracking number.
- You should expect standard ground shipping times from Missouri. Orders are shipped with either UPS, FedEx or USPS.
- If you created or were logged into an account on store.smith-wesson.com the tracking number will be visible on the Order Details Page. Tracking numbers can then be tracked using the carrier's website.
- All sale prices are final.
- Products that are in original packaging and in new condition can be returned within 30 days from the product's initial arrival based on carrier tracking.
