What form of payment does store.smith-wesson.com accept?
We accept AMEX, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.
Can I purchase an international order?
We only provide free shipping to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii currently.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through your Smith & Wesson Shopping Cart. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed or modified. Please contact Customer Service for any changes.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are estimated to arrive within 7 business days of order for standard delivery.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is processed, a shipment confirmation email will be sent via your email address with your tracking number that can then be tracked using the corresponding carrier's (UPS or USPS) web site.

Do you provide refunds?
We offer refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase on items that were purchased directly from store.smith-wesson.com

If your credit card does not process successfully, your order will not be processed and an error message will be displayed on your screen. If you like, you can try a different credit card.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above $50. Product specific exclusions may exist.
Do you offer rain checks on sales?
No, we do not offer sale pricing outside of sale periods or retroactively apply sale pricing to orders placed outside of sale periods.
