2019 Canada Summer Program
Outlined here are the 2019 Canada Summer Program (“Program”) parameters, terms and conditions offered by American Outdoor Brands Sales Company (“AOBSC”)
All Program qualifying purchase orders (“POs”) must be placed with Distributor between July 22, 2019 and September 27,2019 and call for shipment between July 22,2019 and September 27, 2019 to qualify for free goods.
Free goods earned from this Program will be calculated based on the actual quantity of product shipped by Distributor on or before September 27, 2019 based on the Program POs supplied by individual dealers to the Distributor. In order for the Distributor to receive free goods, proof of delivery of AOBSC product pursuant to an individual dealer purchase must be provided to AOBSC within 14 days of Program end date. Such individual dealer PO must require shipment from the Distributor between July 22, 2019 and September 27, 2019. Free goods will be earned based on qualifying goods being sold and delivered to a single FFL location.
Free goods earned will be shipped at AOBSC’s discretion with respect to actual shipment date. The Distributor must deliver free goods to the individual dealer who purchased the qualifying product no later than 60 days of receipt of free goods from AOBSC.
However, please note that only POs calling for immediate shipment will qualify for free goods, and 100% shipment of Program product on Program POs by September 27, 2019 is not guaranteed. AOBSC may elect, at its discretion, to allow products shipped after September 27, 2019 on Program POs to qualify for free goods.
The free goods POs should not be submitted via EDI, but should be emailed directly to AOBSC Order Management.
Product quantities on Program POs may not be modified, nor may the requested immediate shipping on such POs be altered, nor may any such POs be canceled once the Program POs are submitted to AOBSC. Existing orders placed with AOBSC do not qualify for the Program, and such orders, upon receipt of these terms and conditions or other notice of the Program, may not be cancelled, quantities may not be modified, nor ship date moved beyond September 27, 2019. No price protection of any on-hand AOBSC Product inventory is offered.
In order to qualify for the Program, the Distributor’s account with AOBSC must be current for the entire duration of the Program (including and up to the applicable incentive being delivered). Further, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any period of time where Distributor’s account with AOBSC is not current, AOBSC shall have the right to set-off any amounts owed to the Distributor against amounts owed by the Distributor to AOBSC.
This Program cannot be combined with any other AOBSC offer. The Program is subject to the terms and conditions of AOBSC Distributor Agreements unless otherwise noted herein. The Program terms and conditions may be changed without notice, and AOBSC reserves the right to exclude, revoke, or substitute any products from this offering.
